ZEO Alliance is an inventive collaboration between fellow IT companies that transforms brave ideas into innovative products. To compete on the global market,we need to act fast and make quick (and good) decisions. We came up with a (unique) structure of small teams up to 10 people that share responsibility and have power to make most decisions on their own. It started as a brave experiment between ZEO and Kromtech - what if we move in together and start sharing working space expanded to include technology,culture and constantly exchange ideas and knowledge. And helped us make products EVEN BETTER, the experiment exceeded all our expectations
